We cannot be held responsible for items after they have left our shop due to shipping damage and such however, should there be an issue after receipt of your purchased item please contact us immediately. Upon contact we will give you specific instructions that must be adhered to for any consideration of a replacement or refund. Contact with our office must be made within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment. Non-compliance to these instructions will void any possible discussion regarding damaged items. Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service via priority and standard mail. All orders include insurance and tracking withing the cost of shipping. We pride ourselves on our packaging and all products are shipped in a larger box with proper fillings to make sure your purchased items are protected and will arrive without damage.

Please be aware that we ship to the address that is listed on your order so please double check that the mailing address is correct.

Should you require your order RUSHED be aware that there is an additional rush shipping charge of $12.00.
